Team Coaching can be like the drop of oil in a well run machine. Even when the best people are in the team, it often needs a little help to fulfil its potential. Team Coaching offers that ‘little help’ to achieve your goals with more joyful, smooth and effective collaboration.
Often our customers are looking for team building initiatives that go beyond the popular outdoor activities / fun games and don’t want ‘another boring meeting’. They come to us for sessions to work directly with their relevant topics, help clarify goals, create positive energy, build commitment and define concrete actions to move forward.
How do we work?
All our projects are tailor made.
Generally we begin with interviews with some or all of the team members where we explore questions such as: How do you stand in the team? What do you appreciate in the cooperation? What is your best contribution? What is your future vision for the team? What are the challenges and what can be better than it is now?
Based on this information, we design a session, or series of sessions, to focus on the specific questions and needs of the team. We choose interactions and methods that ensure the days are both playful and profound, with deep attention to the contribution of all members of the team. These are likely to include some, or all, of the following elements:
- Sharing and analyzing success stories
- Building a shared desired future
- Recognizing the critical success factors
- Evaluating the strengths, talents and resources in the team
- Defining progress signs and action steps to move forward.
There is time to laugh together, practice challenging situations, learn new skills and get a deeper appreciation of the people in the team.
After a session, the team will have the necessary tools and energy to move forward. In follow-up sessions we help the team review progress and identify and commit to the next steps that will keep momentum and make the change sustainable.
